Huse Road Manufactured Housing Cooperative is a resident owned community in Manchester, NH . In 1988, the former owner of this Mobile Home Park decided on selling the property. The homeowners decided they would take the opportunity to purchase the park, and HRMHC was born. They got their funding through The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund.

How does a manufactured housing cooperative work ?
Source: rocusa.org…. In a resident owned community (ROC), homeowners form a non-profit business called a cooperative. Each household is a Member of the cooperative, which owns the land and manages the business that is the community. Members continue to own their own homes individually and an equal share of the land beneath the entire neighborhood.
